At PAROUSIA MISSION FOUNDATION, our mission is to serve humanity, uplift the marginalized, and promote values rooted in faith, love, and compassion. Through our diverse initiatives, we strive to impact lives positively, fostering spiritual growth, social justice, and educational excellence.

Marshal Kennedy S., a dedicated individual from Chennai migrated to Bangalore due to his ministry call. He has accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour in his age of 18. From the age of 18 he is following Jesus Christ with obedience in the midst of various challenges. God has been so faithful to lead and guide him to His divine purpose and call. As he has been with various leaders and organisation, God led him to start his Ministerial Journey in Bangalore. He worked under a research centre as an administration / office secretary and served as Pastor In Charge in a church in Bangalore. As the days passed, he recognised the call of God in his life as a Pastor to lead His (God’s) folk. In 2017, God led him to start Parousia Mission Foundation to build God’s Kingdom by serving people and God as a sign and confirmation of God’s call. The spiritual wing, the Church is associated with Faith Apostolic Christian Assembly, Pallavaram, Chennai. It is functioning independently as a unit of Parousia Mission Foundation in Bangalore as well as the branch of Faith Apostolic Christian Assembly Pallavaram Ministry. He has built a remarkable career marked by a blend of academic excellence, technical expertise, and unwavering commitment to serving others. His journey is one of faith, perseverance, and an enduring passion for holistic development.

Academic and Theological Foundations

Marshal's educational background is a testament to his pursuit of knowledge and spiritual growth. He holds an M.A. and M.Phil in Public Administration and has enriched his theological understanding with degrees from prestigious institutions, including a Bachelor of Theology (B.Th) from Maranatha Bible Institute, a Master of Divinity (M.Div) from Union Biblical Seminary, and a Master of Theology (M.Th) specializing in Holistic Child Development from Centre for Contemporary Christianity, Bangalore.

Diverse Skill Set

Marshal's technical qualifications, including a Diploma in Computer Applications and proficiency in MS Office, Tally ERP 9.0, and web design, make him a versatile professional. His ability to work effectively in teams, adapt to various roles, and remain self-motivated are hallmarks of his character.

Ministry Experience

Marshal's ministry journey spans few decades. As the Pastor In-Charge of Karuna Community Church since 2011, he has provided spiritual leadership and pastoral care. His contributions to theological education as a part-time faculty member at TAFTEE (up to B.Th level) demonstrate his dedication to teaching and mentoring. His role as an office secretary and accountant at the Centre for Contemporary Christianity and National Association for Theological Accreditation further highlights his organizational and administrative acumen.
